Finance Transformation Shared Services

This key role will have responsibility for process improvement, reengineering, compliance, reporting and ongoing transformation across shared services as well as seamless integration of new business services into the shared service function.

Already established and functioning well, this new role is to implement and drive change across shared services. With a small team supporting you, this is an engagement and execution role across shared services and business operations. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services you will have significant interaction to business lines and new business being integrated into the shared service function.

Key skills:

  • Project management (formal methodologies preferred, Lean Six Sigma etc)
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Strong ERP systems experience
  • Ideally experience with Payroll
  • HR Systems
  • Procure to Pay and Financial Accounting processes 
  • You have excellent communication skills
