BPM becomes mobile with Kofax’s accounts payable app

BPM provider Kofax continues to build on its business process management solutions for mobile workers. Kofax MarkView for Accounts Payable 8.0 is a secure mobile solution to automate the capture and processing of AP data.

The app, which integrates with Kofax Mobile Capture (KMC), also aims to help businesses better manage cash flow and even accelerate order-to-cash.

“Secure mobile functionality puts AP review and approval capabilities directly in the hands of the user, wherever located, which significantly speeds processes and provides better cash management.” said Martyn Christian, chief marketing officer at Kofax, in a statement.

The app helps to provide Best Practice workflows for AP-related tasks, including discrepancy processing, resolution and accounting details. Further, the application offers real-time ERP integration, an AP-optimized dashboard and a self-service supplier portal – all features well-suited to extending MarkView to mobile users, Christian added.
