Correction and Apology
Recently sharedserviceslink.com published its brochure pertaining to the conference on ‘Toning Up Purchase to Pay to Attain Touchless Processing’ taking place in London in June. Within the printed version we published the description of a presentation to be made by Philippe Gicot of Tetra Pak. This description contained an inaccurate representation of the facts relating to Tetra Pak’s Shared Services and BPO change programmes. This has now been corrected in all of our event literature and on our website - and we apologise unreservedly to Tetra Pak for any harm that this may have caused.
