Finance Shared Services Analyst

Parcelforce Worldwide, one of the largest express carrier businesses in the UK, is seeking outstanding finance professionals of the highest calibre to fulfill a number of new roles.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and driving change improvements in the Finance Shared Services operated on behalf of Parcelforce Worldwide. Located in Milton Keynes UK, this role will entail a continual focus on the optimisation of end-to-end processes, performance delivery and value for money. You will be responsible for both regularly reviewing performance and establishing the framework for performance management. With a track record of driving improvements, ideally in a finance shared services environment, you will be a qualified accountant or have significant process re-engineering experience. You will also have outstanding relationship building and influencing skills.

Financial Systems Manager/Systems Accountant, NSPCC

Working for the NSPCC, you will be reporting to the Head of Financial Accounting & Operations, you’ll require detailed knowledge and experience of financial accounting packages such as Masterpiece, purchase to pay systems such as Proactis, reporting tools such as TM1 and Cognos. Working knowledge of relational databases such as MS Sequel Server and Reporting Services will be required as well as experience of new implementations and upgrades. Knowledge of charity accounting (SORP 2005) would be an advantage.
A proactive approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst having attention to detail is vital in this role, which requires significant experience in the management and administration of finance systems.

The International Center will service Gilead’s existing markets in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Benelux and The Nordics. The customers for the R2R process will be represented by Finance Directors of the main countries in Gilead in the International region and will include the Finance and business users of the process.
