- Relevant governance & policies to support the strategy including maintenance regimes to future proof the strategy
- Design, application & enforcement of the consequences of non-compliance
- Implementation of system enablers & processes to remove administrative burden & streamline operational procurement (e.g. catalogues)
- Creation & delivery of end-user documentation & training to embed the order process changes
- Design of KPIs and metrics to measure progress towards targets
- A multi-channel communication plan to engage stakeholders & end-users
