Tetra Pak Closes Down its Shared Services Organisation
Tetra Pak’s global Finance function announced proposals to change its accounting services delivery model, by aligning with existing Tetra Pak local and regional accounting locations and furthering external partnerships with outsourcers.
The proposal has a direct and major impact upon Tetra Pak Business Services Ltd (TPBS Ltd) and means that accounting activities will transfer from the Manchester team to other Tetra Pak locations between December 2008 and mid 2009 and the Manchester Shared Service Centre will then close.
