Make Lean An Innate Way of Thinking and Increase PO Compliancy
Lean is simple, intuitive and effective. If you are not doing it, and haven’t trained your teams on how to practice it, why not? You can forget the belts - this isn’t Six Sigma. You can forget the extensive training courses and certificates which suck up resource. You can put aside any prejudices you may have had about anything containing the word ‘Sigma’. This is different.
