How to Successfully Implement One Network For Your Corporate Wide Requirements And Convert 85% to Pure Electronic
In an ideal world you would use a single solution to enrol large and small suppliers right across Europe, regardless of the language your suppliers speak, or the cultural references that make up their business practise. In late 2006 Kelloggs signed up to OB10 to enrol suppliers across the 14 countries serviced by their Shared Services Centre. This solution, added to their EDI and ERS programme, means that Kelloggs now have 85% of their purchase invoices received electronically, and 76% of their total volume is now touchless. This excellent result means that the resource in the shared services centre can now focus on driving out imperfections, and driving up touchless. In this insightful presentation Sarah Thompson, who has been very close to the project and its aims from the start, will be sharing what the critical success factors behind their rapid conversion to electronic were, how they drove change and what their approach was to supplier who said no.
