Study tours
What better way to get under the skin of what other SSOs
are doing than accessing the centres themselves? Study tours are 2 days of visiting
3 or 4 SSOs in a concentrated area of interest (India, Poland, Czech Republic).
These visits are led by the SSO teams and are great to get a 360° view of how
an SSO is successfully run, what their processes and systems are, how they manage
exceptions, how they handled change management, what they would and what they wouldn’t
do again given the chance.
